Yes. Orders start at $50. Below that the checkout button stays disabled, so you cannot accidentally place an order that we would have to cancel. The $50 is measured on the goods in your cart, before shipping.

Orders between $50 and $100 include a $15 small-order fee, added automatically as a line in your cart. It covers the fixed cost of picking and packing a small order. Once your cart reaches $100 the fee is removed on its own, and the progress bar at the top of the site tells you exactly how much more you need to add to clear it.

No. Every price on the site is the wholesale price, visible without an account, without a log-in and without a minimum-purchase application. You can check out as a guest.

Most products are sold as a ladder rather than a single unit. Shea butter is priced by weight, from 5 LBS up to 400 LBS, with the per-pound price falling as the pack size rises. Bottled goods are sold by the piece in cases, typically 12, 72 or 144 pieces. Every product page shows the price of the pack and the per-unit price underneath it, so you can compare the break directly.

All initial orders are prepaid by any major credit card or PayPal. The store also accepts Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.

Shipping is quoted by the carrier at checkout based on your address and the weight of the order, so there is no guessing. Freight is free on orders over $1,000, and mixed SKUs count toward that threshold.

We ship to the United States and Canada. The shipping shown on the site is for the Continental US. Any other address may require additional shipping, and we will tell you the extra amount before the order goes out.

Orders placed by 12pm ET ship the same business day. During our busy season, orders may take an extra day or two to leave the floor. Nothing ships on Saturday or Sunday, even on express service, so an overnight order leaving on a Friday arrives Monday.

Orders ship via UPS or FedEx ground service unless you ask for something else.

Returns are permitted within 7 days of purchase and must be authorized first. Contact us for an authorization number before sending anything back. Returned goods must be in original, clean, unmarked condition, and we reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.

No. For customer safety we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that constitutes a health risk or that has come into contact with bodily fluid. Once those items leave the warehouse we treat them as used and non-resalable.

Yes, three ways:

• Your own labels on our packaged products. Place a normal wholesale order and leave a note asking for the items to ship without labels. This works for nearly everything; the only exception is our shea butter tubes, which cannot currently ship unlabelled. Ask us for print specifications and we will send the files for your label designer.
• Our generic line. Products that are labelled but carry no Back2Africa branding, buyable at wholesale straight from the site. The generic line is limited to creamy shea butter.
• Bulk ingredients. Buy in bulk and repackage into your own containers, or buy containers from us.
